This session will help you to take back control over your habitual sugar cravings whether its when you are bored eating or emotional eating.  Using Hypnosis and NLP Techniques.

Ever sat in front of your TV or on your computer and started to snack  only to find that your food has disappeared faster than you can remember eating it? And your sure there was more left.

That’s your subconscious mind working for you as it is the automatic thinking mind that drives our habits, reactions and emotional responses.  Hypnosis can help to curb these habits as we use specific suggestions and replace them with positive uplifting feelings of confidence , self belief and motivation.

This session is 1 hour

  • You will be provided with a food diary before the session to fill out as instructed.
  • A short video will be sent to you to help you understand how your behaviours and belief systems are created
  • A technique to change how you feel about the problematic foods
  • Hypnosis creating new food habits
  • An Mp3 to use at home to reinforce all the work we have done in this session. Listen to it regularly
